Research field:
Sensory physiology (doctoral thesis), later on research on
ontogenetic (including foetal development of central nervous system
(motor and sensory systems, unit activity, EEG). Special topics:
investigation of information transfer in neural systems, neuronal cell
culture in vivo, computer simulation of neural transfer processes,
thermodynamical models of the brain, theoretical models of the
mind-brain problem, brain populations and chaos-order dipole models of
brain. Analysis of problems concerning the education of echildren,
development of creativity, brain's value capacity and problems of
economics.
Numerous invited lectures on these and other subjects in Finland,
Scandinavia and other countries.
